Flautas – (Flute) Fried, corn tortilla filled with meat (beef or chicken) rolled into little tubes (flutes)

Salsa ranchera – Ranch-styled salsa

Serrano Peppers – Medium sized green peppers (hotter than jalapeños)

Taquitos – (Small tacos) Same as Flautas, just smaller 1/3 the size.
